First Aid Nutrition offers a first aid response to anyone who is trying to eat healthier.
Support is provided to, prevent chronic disease, promote optimal nutrition and preserve health and longevity.
One day while teaching a First Aid class, Eva was describing how to perform chest compressions on an unresponsive, non-breathing person (a dead person). As she was counting out 30 compressions and giving two breaths to the mannequin, her mind wandered. She thought about how this scenario could have been prevented, perhaps if the person had maintained their heart health. She thought about the need to promote ways to maintain health before such a scenario took place, and to preserve life and avoid many of the scenarios that played out in her classes day after day.
One idea started flowing into another and First Aid Nutrition was born, offering unique services, workshops and products to support a healthy, nutrient dense lifestyle.
Eva is a Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner and long-time health and wellness enthusiast with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from York University as well as a Physiotherapist Assistant diploma.
